Built around the philosophy that there is no substitute for hard work, the world renowned Iowa Hawkeye wrestling program has developed a system of wrestling that has produced numerous NCAA, World, and Olympic Champions.  While many programs preach about building champions on and off the mat, we are confident that our program's track record speaks for itself.  

As Associate Head Coach Terry Brands put it best, our goal is "to positively shape student-athletes' morals, minds and bodies by teaching our men to terrorize on the mat, yet be perfect gentlemen in society." 

Iowa Wrestling Camps is committed to ensuring that every camper receives the same support, guidance, and training that our Hawkeye student-athletes  receive at a level that matches their age and experience in the sport.
