Tom Brands is a 3 time NCAA champion and
a world and Olympic gold medalist. Brands has also been a US
Olympic team coach, and is now the head coach at the University
of Iowa.
Dan Gable is a 2 time NCAA champion and a
world and Olympic gold medalist. He is a former head coach at
the University of Iowa, and one of the most succesful coaches
in collegiate history.
CAMP STAFF
Wes Hand is the camp director and an assistant
wrestling coach for the Hawkeyes. Hand was a 2time NCAA All-American
and a one time finalist at the University of Iowa.
Doug Schwab is the
interim assistant coach
at the University of Iowa and a former Iowa Hawkeye.
Schwab was a 3 time collegiate All-American and a 1999 NCAA
champion.
Mike Zadick is the strength and conditioning
coach for the wrestling team at the University of Iowa, and
was a 3 time All-American while wrestling for the Hawkeyes
in college. Zadick was also a 2006 Freestyle World Silver
medalist.
Mike Faust is the administrative assistant
for the Hawkeyes wrestling team, and was an NCAA All-American
at Virginia Tech, while wrestling under Coach Brands.
